The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) requires a brand-name or equal mixed-reality volumetric capture learning platform equivalent to GigXR to support nursing and allied health clinical simulation. Work Details
The contractor shall provide brand name or equal GigXR volumetric capture (3D Video) technology, which includes:
- Learning platform
- Software anatomy application
- Artificial intelligence conversation capabilities
- Licenses
- Support and maintenance
- Shipping
- Institutional access for up to 375 learners across four VA pilot sites:
- CAVHS (Little Rock, AR)
- Biloxi VA (Biloxi, MS)
- VA Augusta (Augusta, GA)
- James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital (Tampa, FL)

The platform must deliver high-fidelity, 360-degree volumetric video of real human subjects and must not utilize computer-generated imagery or animated renderings. The contractor is responsible for all labor, software, licenses, training, maintenance, and technical support necessary for the implementation of this mixed-reality instructional capability.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of performance of 12 months from the date of award.

- Biloxi VAMC (Biloxi, MS)
- VA Augusta HCS (Augusta, GA)
- James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital (Tampa, FL)

Bidder Requirements
