Background
The current Mass Notification System at Patrick SFB and Cape Canaveral SFS relies on older hardware and software that is approaching its end-of-life. To prevent compatibility issues with modern operating systems and mitigate the risk of service disruptions, an upgrade is necessary. This project aims to replace key components to align with current technology standards and maintain the base's critical alert and notification capabilities.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
- Replacing existing REACT 4000 units with new REACT 5000 Communication Control Units (CCUs) in the same locations.
- Installing new Intelligent Control Gateway (ICG) boards.
- Installing and configuring the Mass Alert Software package for a Windows 11 operating system.
- Providing new computer stations for system operation.
- Performing system software integration and testing, including integration with the existing At-Hoc system.
- Conducting a complete system startup, including inspection, testing, and validation.
- Providing on-site operator and maintenance training for government personnel.
- Providing comprehensive user and hardware documentation.
- Conducting a final system acceptance test witnessed by the Project Manager (PM) and designated Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contractor representative prior to departure from the site. The Contractor shall be responsible for all parts, labor, and other hardware directly associated with the system upgrade.
