Description

Request for information on the availability of vendors interested to support of GFEBS Tier II Help Desk support to Army Futures Command HQ and the enterprise. The GFEBS Tier II Help Desk shall consist of 6 full time equivalent support personnel, experienced and proficient with: GFEBS and GFEBS-Sensitive Activities (GFEBS-SA) functionality, complex Army Reimbursable Operations, and Army Science and Technology. These individuals shall be subject matter experts on GFEBS and Army financial policy and shall provide technical and functional support on multiple GFEBS/SAP functionalities including training and innovative reporting solutions. The Army Futures Command (AFC) is seeking GFEBS Tier II Help Desk support for its headquarters and enterprise. The purpose of this support is to provide subject matter expertise in GFEBS and Army financial policy, as well as technical and functional support on multiple GFEBS/SAP functionalities. The contractors will assist end users in the use of GFEBS/SAP transactions, provide training and assistance on GFEBS applications, assist with error resolution, and provide support for fiscal year-end close and start-up. They will also provide assistance with the GFEBS Service Now helpdesk tool, help with Governance Risk and Compliance system requests, and provide training on legacy systems.

The period of performance for this task order is 12 months with the possibility of four consecutive 12-month option periods. The primary place of performance will be the contractor's facility, with alternate performance at AFC HQ in Austin, TX. However, travel may be required to other locations where AFC entities operate.

Contractors must comply with security requirements, including completing antiterrorism/operational security training, iWATCH training, OPSEC training, cybersecurity/IT training, and cybersecurity/IT certification. They must also comply with access and general protection/security policies and procedures and handle or access classified information in accordance with security requirements.
