An incorrect version of the SOW (Section C) was included in the original solicitation package. An updated version (Rev I) has been included. The Section J attachments remain unchanged.

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District (USACE) anticipates awarding a Small Business Set-Aside Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for geotechnical and environmental drilling and laboratory testing services. The Contract ordering period will be five years from the date of award. Up to four Contractors will be awarded a contract. The total ordering amount over the 5-year period shall not exceed $5,000,000.00. The guaranteed minimum ordering amount over the 5-year period for each contract is anticipated to be $10,000.00.

Task Orders issued under this contract shall be primarily within the boundaries of the Buffalo District, which includes the watersheds of Lake Erie and Lake Ontario in the states of Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New York. However, other Districts within the Great Lakes and Rivers Division are also permitted to issue task orders under these contracts.
All interested offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) website at www.sam.gov in order to be considered for this acquisition.
A pre-solicitation notice was posted for this procurement under W912P4-14-R-0010 on 30 April 2014.
Service Contract Wage Determinations will be included with Task Orders after award of this IDIQ.
