Description

Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Travel Management Services. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the RFQ.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site. The pre-proposal conference will be held on May 12th, 2025, at 1400 hrs. (local time) at the U.S. Embassy Georgetown. Prospective offerors/quoters should send an email to
GeorgetownGSOProcurementDL@state.gov by May 8th, 2025, for additional information or to arrange entry to the building.

Background
The U.S. Embassy Georgetown is seeking to award a contract for Travel Management Services to support the official travel needs of government employees and their dependents.
The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive travel management services that facilitate both domestic and international travel, ensuring compliance with government regulations and policies.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide corporate travel services for official domestic and international travel, which includes:
- Travel reservations and issuance of tickets for air and sea travel.
- Advice on visa requirements, immunization requirements, and travel advisories.
- Detailed travelers' itineraries.
- Use of a computer reservations system that interfaces with Global Distribution System (GDS) to securely store passenger data.
- Ability to issue 'Ticket-less' reservations on low-cost carriers.
- Monthly billing reports.
Additionally, the Contractor must assist government employees with personal deviations from authorized itineraries and provide necessary accommodations for individuals with disabilities traveling on official business.

Period of Performance
The contract will be for a one-year period from the date services commence, with two one-year options to renew.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the U.S. Embassy Georgetown, located at 100 Young and Duke Streets, Kingston, Georgetown, Guyana.
