Project Title: Construct Mini Mutes Georgetown Project Location: Georgetown County Airport, Georgetown SC. This is a construction contract to establish (2) remote radar threat emitter sites and one (1) personnel trailer located on leased properties at the Georgetown County Airport in accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of Performance: Not to Exceed 210 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. Competition: This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside for NAICS 238910.The Magnitude for this requirement in accordance with FAR 36.204(e) is valued between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.A site visit for this solicitation is scheduled for Friday, 13 Jun 2025 / 10:00 AM local (EDT) time. Site visit location is: Georgetown County Airport 129 Airport Road, Georgetown, SC 29440. All questions for this solicitation will be due no later than Tuesday, 24 June 2025 / 2:00 PM local (EDT) time. Clarify Statement of Work CLIN 2 directions, construct a gravel pad, add water, sewer, fence, gate, power for a modular office and other various task as described in the SOW. Construct a 75 feet x 50 feet x 6 inches. compacted gravel pad. Pads will consist of gravel, crushed stone or similar all-weather material. The setup pad shall be graded to no more than a 4-percent slope in any direction. The soil bearing pressure shall be equal to or greater than 2500 psf. A gravel drive shall connect the asphalt road to the pad area. 2. Clarify contractors proposal pricing breakout sheet is due at time of proposal submission. In the event, a line item is not provided in the Government provided pricing breakout sheet, ADD any additional line-item(s) to your pricing sheet to ensure the Contractors total proposal price is in the proposal submission. All Other Terms and Conditions Remain Unchanged.

Background
The project is initiated by the Georgetown County Airport to establish two remote radar threat emitter sites and one personnel trailer on leased properties at the airport.
The goal of this construction contract is to enhance operational capabilities related to radar threat emission, which is crucial for training and testing purposes.

Work Details
The contractor will perform the following tasks under the contract:
1. Construct two sites for placement and operation of radar threat emitters, including:
- Two 150’ x 150’ x 6” compacted gravel pads made from gravel or similar all-weather material, graded to a maximum slope of 4% with a minimum soil bearing pressure of 2500 psf.
- Install two metered exterior 200-amp electrical panels capable of supporting separate loads of 208 Vac ± 10% or 480 Vac ± 10%.
- Construct a security fence around each site, consisting of a 6’ high industrial chain link fence with barbed wire and an 18 ft double swing gate.
- Provide lightning protection systems including towers and grounding loops as per FAA guidelines.
- Install Air Force security signage at designated locations.

The contract period of performance is not to exceed 210 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
