GentleMax Pro Laser System Service Maintenace   2

Background
The Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune, NC, is seeking a contractor to provide full-service maintenance for the Candela GentleMax Pro Laser systems. The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational readiness and reliability of these medical devices through comprehensive maintenance services, which include preventative maintenance, calibration, repair, and component replacement. This service is critical to support the mission of the Naval Medical Center in providing healthcare services.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide a Comprehensive Service Plan for the GentleMax Pro Laser System located at the Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune, NC. This coverage will include:
- All labor, parts, and travel expenses required to correct any problems associated with material and/or workmanship defects for the length of the contract.
- One (1) Preventative Maintenance per year.
- Regular and Emergency On-Call Service.

Performance objectives include:
1. Perform preventative maintenance per manufacturer's recommendations with a 100% completion rate as evidenced by field service reports.
2. Respond to service requests for repair within 24-48 hours with documentation of completed maintenance.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2030, including a base year and four option years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune, NC.
