Description

This is a requiremnt to procure vector signal generators. Please see Statement of Work.

Background
The Institute for Telecommunication Sciences (ITS) provides research and development support for the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) by performing basic research in radio science that underpins NTIA’s policy development and spectrum management activities.

ITS also addresses telecommunications challenges for various government levels and private sectors, contributing to telecommunications standards that enhance U.S. competitiveness in communications and information technology. Currently, ITS has an insufficient inventory of vector signal generators necessary for supporting spectrum-sharing studies, particularly to meet the demands of the National Spectrum Strategy.
