Generating RF with Photonic Oscillators for low Noise (GRYPHON)   2

Background
The DARPA Microsystems Technology Office is soliciting innovative research proposals to develop compact, low-noise microwave frequency synthesizers to enable advanced sensing and communication applications. The purpose of this amendment is to delay the GRYPHON full proposal deadline to June 21, 2021 due to the recently announced federal holiday.

Work Details
The solicitation outlines the application and submission information, including the caution that evaluation ratings may be lowered and/or proposals rejected if proposal preparation and/or submittal instructions are not followed. It also provides detailed requirements for abstract format, full proposal format, cost proposal format, and other transaction request. The detailed proposal information includes executive summary, technical approach, statement of work (SOW), schedules and measurable milestones, risk analysis and mitigation plan, national security impact statement, vision for technology transition and manufacturing, ongoing research, proposer accomplishments, facilities and equipment, and teaming.
