Additional Requirements:

Warehouse Space:

  • 1,900 Sq. Ft.
  • A minimum of 15 feet clear ceiling height is required.
  • Grade level electronically operated (automatic), sectional overhead door. Minimum of 18 Ft. wide and 12 Ft. Tall.
  • Automatic sprinkler protection system
  • Industrial-type sink approximately 24 wide x 24 long x 13 deep installed within a stainless steel 10 ft. counter with a bottom open shelf. Sink required hot and cold water.
  • Industrial/ commercial grade ventilation system
  • At least one personnel door from exterior to warehouse space. At least one other separate personnel door to the office space portion of the building from exterior.
  • Concrete apron must be provided at all personnel and overhead doors. The apron must be door width plus 2 feet at a maximum in front of the door and with drain.

Evidence Room :

  • 300 Sq Ft.
  • 3 dedicated outlets for refrigerator/freezers.
  • Long countertop and deep sink with both hot and cold water
  • 24/7 HVAC Required for Evidence Room

Security: FSL Level 2

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain).

Background
The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease space to support its operations in Arizona. - Evidence Room: 200 Sq. Ft. equipped with three dedicated outlets for refrigerator/freezers, a long countertop with a deep sink (hot and cold water), and 24/7 HVAC.

- LAN Room: 40 Sq. Ft.

- Security Level: FSL Level 2.

The offered space must comply with government standards for fire safety, accessibility, seismic considerations, sustainability standards, and must not be located in the floodplain.

Period of Performance
The full term of the lease is for 15 years with a firm term of 10 years.

The contract will be performed in Rio Rico or Nogales, Arizona.
