The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) office at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) in Washington State intends to award several Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC), with a 5-year ordering period, for a broad range of minor maintenance, repair, and construction work on real property at JBLM.

Background
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) office at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) in Washington State intends to award several Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC), with a 5-year ordering period, for a broad range of minor maintenance, repair, and construction work on real property at JBLM.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, equipment, materials, facilities, transportation, tools, testing services, supervision, and other items and nonpersonal services necessary to accomplish a broad range of repair, alteration, maintenance and minor construction services. The contract includes provisions for minimum and maximum quantities and contract values for all orders issued against the contract. The work will be inspected/accepted at the destination specified in the contract.

The period of performance for the contract is from 01-AUG-2024 to 31-JUL-2029.
