Background
The solicitation is for the purchase of general laboratory supplies, chemicals, laboratory equipment, and animal supplies under a multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The BPA is intended to meet the missions of USAMRICD, AFMES, USAISR, USAMRIID, DCPH-A, and other USAMRDC subordinate activities. The solicitation includes an amendment that extends the proposal submission due date from 07 February 2023 to 13 February 2023.

Work Details
The Contractor is required to provide the supplies specified in the Call Orders issued under this BPA. The required supplies are critical to meeting the missions of various agencies. The Contractor shall ensure 100% delivery of the required supplies within the time and delivery requirements of the Call Order. Special handling, packaging, and temperature sensitive medical products during shipment are also required.

The Contractor shall develop and implement a Quality Control Plan (QCP) and deliver a Monthly GPC Order Report. Additionally, electronic copies of deliverables as identified in Table 2 for the Base BPA are required.
