Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on prior award N3220521D4113, awarded to GE Energy Power Conversion USA for $75,887,749 (10/01/21–09/30/26), which provided OEM-authorized parts and technician services to maintain and support GE power conversion/automation equipment aboard multiple MSC ship classes. The scope described in that prior work—maintenance and troubleshooting of Machinery Centralized Control Systems (MCCS), CoGen PTO/PTI systems, assured power modification-related items, remote/on-site technical support, upgrades/refurbishment, and supply of OEM spare parts—closely aligns with the current solicitation’s focus on sustaining MSC onboard automation systems using OEM parts and technician services.
