This is a pre-solicitation notice. MCC will be releasing a solicitation for a full-time personal services contractor to support the Gender and Social Inclusion Division. The full solicitation will be issued on or before July 12, 2022.

Title: Gender and Social Inclusion - Personal Services Contractor (PSC)

Position Information: Full-Time - Personal Services Contractor

One (1) one-year base year (2087 hours per year), renewable for up to four one-year option periods at the sole discretion of the Government.

This position maybe filled at the 4B Program Officer or 4A Senior Program Officer level depending on the candidate's previous experience.

The PSC may receive a pay supplement of 15% of the employee's direct labor cost in lieu of fringe benefits.

Position Security Level: Noncritical Sensitive/Moderate Risk (T-3)

Place of Performance: Principal place of performance in Washington, DC, USA and/or PSCs home of record

Type of Contract: Time-and-material (T&M) with One (1) One-Year Base Period and Four (4) One-Year Option Periods.
