Description

This is a Sources Sought for a GE XR656 X-Ray System Repair. Please see attached Statement of Requirement for additional information.

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to repair and replace components of the GE XR656 X-Ray System at the Marion VA Medical Center.

The goal of this contract is to restore functionality to the fixed room X-ray system, ensuring it meets operational standards and complies with relevant regulations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following deliverables:
- CLIN 0001 – Inverter: Supply, installation, and disposal of a new inverter compatible with the GE XR656 X-ray System.
- CLIN 0002 – High Voltage Tank: Supply, installation, and disposal of a new high voltage tank compatible with the GE XR656 X-ray System.
- CLIN 0003 – Repair Service: Installation of new inverter and high voltage tank, and disposal of old inverter and high voltage tank.

All repairs must be performed during normal VA business hours (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday) unless otherwise arranged. The contractor must ensure that all services meet manufacturers’ performance specifications as well as Federal Regulations and applicable codes.
