GB CAS - Cloud Assessment, Cloud Migration, Cloud Continuous Development, and Cybersecurity

Background
The United States Air Force (USAF) Business Enterprise Systems Directorate is seeking comprehensive cloud and cybersecurity services to modernize, standardize, secure, and enhance its information technology (IT) infrastructure, platforms, and mission applications.

This initiative aims to provide four core service areas: Cloud Assessment, Cloud Migration, Cloud Continuous Development, and Cybersecurity. The contract will support evolving Business Enterprise Systems (BES) programs and systems as they progress through their lifecycle phases.

Work Details
The Contractor shall perform the following tasks:
1. **Cloud Assessment**: Conduct comprehensive assessments of Business Enterprise Systems and Mission Partners applications to determine their suitability for cloud migration; analyze current infrastructure and security posture; identify system dependencies and risks; develop a prioritized roadmap for migration; provide cost-benefit analyses.

2. **Cloud Migration**: Develop and execute migration plans based on assessments; migrate applications ensuring data integrity and security; configure cloud resources for performance; document the migrated environment.

3. **Cloud Continuous Development**: Implement Agile and DevSecOps practices for continuous integration/delivery; design cloud-native solutions using modern development tools; automate processes to improve software quality.

4. **Cybersecurity**: Fulfill roles such as Information System Security Officer (ISSO), Information System Security Manager (ISSM), Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE), and Security Control Assessor’s Representative (SCAR); provide PMO Cybersecurity Services; conduct risk assessments; maintain system-level documentation; manage vulnerabilities; ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards.

The services will be performed at various locations as required by the USAF.
