Gateway Mission Router (GMR) Variants

The Army Contracting Command - Redstone proposes to issue solicitation number W58RGZ-23-R-0160 for a new four year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) firm fixed price (FFP) contract. This award will procure Gateway Mission Router (GMR) variants in support of US Army requirements.. The action is a sole source requirement for the needs to procure up to 3,000 GMRs. Pursuant to 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) Only one source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements . This proposed contract action for hardware which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source: Raytheon Company, 6125 E. 21st Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46219-2058, CAGE Code: 072E5.

Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit a proposal. This is NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTES. However, all proposals received within fifteen (15) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
