AMENDMENT 0003: The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to incorporate the newly required FAR provision 52.204-29 and FAR clauses 52.204-30 into the solicitation.

AMENDMENT 0002: The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to replace Attachment 2 - Verified Equipment List with Attachment 2 - Gate Fence Equipment List and to extend the Closing Date of this Solicitation.

AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to provide Questions and Answers submitted in response to this solicitation.

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a Hybrid Firm-Fixed Price (FFP)/Time and Materials (T&M) contract for Preventative and Corrective Maintenance Support Services for DLA Distribution Norfolk, VA (DDNV).

The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, test equipment, materials, transportation, transportation permits and supervision necessary to perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) (unscheduled) support services on gates, controllers, motorized traffic barriers, hydraulic arm and fences, and all repair and/or replacement parts necessary to keep equipment in good operating.

The services shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Attachment 1), Equipment List (Attachment 2), and Maintenance Task List (Attachment 3).

Background
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a Hybrid Firm-Fixed Price (FFP)/Time and Materials (T&M) contract for Preventative and Corrective Maintenance Support Services for DLA Distribution Norfolk, VA (DDNV). The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is a United States Department of Defense agency that provides worldwide logistics support for the missions of the Military Departments and the Unified Combatant Commands under conditions of peace and war. The primary mission of DLA Distribution is to provide supplies and services to the United States military forces worldwide.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, test equipment, materials, transportation, transportation permits and supervision necessary to perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) support services on gates, controllers, motorized traffic barriers, hydraulic arm and fences. The services shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Equipment List, and Maintenance Task List. The maintenance service includes two types of service: Preventive Maintenance (PM) which consists scheduled maintenance and repair activities and on-call Corrective Maintenance (CM) which consists unscheduled maintenance and repair activities.

Period of Performance
This requirement consists of a Base year and Two (2) One-year Options. Base Year: February 1, 2024 through January 31, 2025; Option Year 1: February 1, 2025 through January 31, 2026; Option Year 2: February 1, 2026 through January 31, 2027
