Gate Attendant Services

Background
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The contract is for Gate Attendant Services at various locations within the Trinity Region, Fort Worth District. The services are to be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and other relevant documents.

Work Details
The work to be performed includes gate attendant services at specific locations such as Bardwell Lake, Bear Creek Park, North Holiday Park, South Holiday Park, Mustang Park, and Rocky Creek Parks. The tasks include user fee collection, campsite reservations, park inspection, visitor assistance, contractor identification and personal appearance, cooperation with others, living area and gatehouse maintenance, no soliciting policy enforcement, government property surveillance and security bonding. The contractor is also responsible for remitting monies for each individual approved deposit and submitting financial statements and deposit statements within one day of completing shifts.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract varies by location. For example, at Bardwell Lake, the estimated deliverables are scheduled from April 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023 for the base year and from April 1, 2024 to September 29, 2024 for option year 1. Similarly, at Bear Creek Park Shift A, the period of performance is from April 1, 2023 to September 27, 2024 for the base year and from April 1, 2024 to September 27, 2025 for option year 1.
At Bear Creek Park Shift B, the period of performance is from April 5, 2023 to September 27, 2024 for the base year and from April 5, 2024 to September 27, 2024 for option year 1.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at specific locations including Bardwell Lake (High View Park), Bear Creek Park (Shifts A and B), North Holiday Park, South Holiday Park, Mustang Park and Rocky Creek Parks within the Trinity Region.
