Gasoline (MUM) and U.S. Gallons of diesel (SFD) delivered to Camp As Sayliyah, Doha, and Al Udeid AB, Qatar

SPECIAL NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Defense Logistics Agency Energy Direct Delivery Fuels Contracting Office in Ft. Belvoir, VA intends to issue a sole source firm fixed priced contract to Qatar Fuels located in Qatar. The contract is expected to be awarded under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15. A Limited Sources Justification has been prepared. The Contractor has the sole concession for selling, marketing, transporting, and distributing of fuels in the State of Qatar. The award will be for the delivery of 3,830,208 U.S. gallons of Gasoline (MUM) and 13,579,890 U.S. Gallons of diesel (SFD) with an estimated three-year performance period from 1 November 2022 through 31 October 2025. Award will be made in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). Product will be delivered to Camp As Sayliyah, Doha, and Al Udeid AB, Qatar by tank truck daily or as ordered. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations.
