Background
The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS) laboratory requires a contractor to provide a service agreement for the repair, calibration, and technical service of mission-critical instrumentation.

The ATM Systemautomat Grinder and Polisher and the ATM Systemlabor Grinder and Polisher instruments are past warranty, necessitating a service contract to restore their functionality and extend their operational lifespan. These instruments have been utilized for validated laboratory analyses over the past eight years.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services necessary to perform repairs and technical support as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Specific tasks include:
1. On-site repair and calibration of the ATM Systemautomat and ATM Systemlabor instruments to restore them to manufacturer standards for full operation.
2. Providing necessary parts for both instruments to achieve full operational status.
3. Ensuring that all instruments function within manufacturer specifications prior to completion of service.
4. Providing a Field Service Report upon completion detailing the problem addressed and solutions implemented.

Period of Performance
One-time service with a period of performance spanning from August 1, 2024, to July 31, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the PSNS & IMF laboratory, Building 59, Room 135B (Controlled Industrial Area), Bremerton, WA.
