Gartner Research and Advisory Licenses and Subscription Services

Background
This Limited Source Justification is for Gartner licenses and subscription services to support Space Systems Command Battle Management Command, Control, and Communications (SSC/BMC3). The Government has awarded a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) call order against Gartner's DoD ESI BPA N66001-19- A-0049. Market research determined that there are no other sources that provide the particular licenses and services necessary to satisfy the Government's requirement. The Space Systems Command Battle Management Command, Control, and Communication (SSC/BMC3, SSC/BCK) located at 483 N. Aviation Blvd, El Segundo CA 90245 is the contracting activity.

Work Details
This requirement is for technical research and advisory services to include an Information Technology (IT) research benchmarking databases, on-the-job toolkit, research briefs that are timely and relevant to the SSC and Government personnel, topic-focused member exclusive meetings, webinars, briefings, access to exclusive special interest groups for senior IT leaders of the SSC focusing on topics that are SSC-driven, document review services, research, and research help desk support.
The acquisition will be funded with SSC Research and Development (R&D) 3620 appropriations.
The approximate Period of Performance (PoP) is one 12-month base period plus four 12-month option periods: 01 July 2023-30 June 2028 (contingent upon funding).
