Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing a competitive acquisition for the Variable Air Volume and Piping Insulation Repair at the Garland VAMC in Garland, TX.
The goal of this contract is to ensure proper insulation for piping systems as part of the facility's maintenance and operational efficiency.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform insulation for pipes in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) detailed on pages 20 to 21.
