Garland/Bonham HVAC Maintenance   3

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the Network Contracting Office 17, is issuing a solicitation for HVAC maintenance services at the Garland and Bonham VA Medical Centers.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the HVAC systems are maintained in a safe and efficient manner, complying with standards set forth by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for filter replacement, inspecting, preventative maintenance, corrective repair, emergency repair, and service calls at both VA Medical Centers.
Specific tasks include:
- Conducting testing and inspections during normal business hours (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday).
- Responding to emergency service calls within one hour by phone and two hours onsite.
- Restoring equipment to full service within 48 hours of arrival at the job site.
- Providing certified technicians with a minimum of four years of experience and necessary certifications including EPA Section 608 Certification and NATE Certification.
- Assigning a full-time project coordinator for onsite management who will oversee all activities related to maintenance coordination.

Period of Performance
Base Year: November 15, 2025 – November 14, 2026; Option Year 1: November 15, 2026 – November 14, 2027; Option Year 2: November 15, 2027 – November 14, 2028; Option Year 3: November 15, 2028 – November 14, 2029; Option Year 4: November 15, 2029 – November 14, 2030.
