Gardening Services at the U.S. Consulate General Toronto

Background
The U.S. Consulate General Toronto is seeking gardening services for two properties, including all labor, material, equipment, and services. The performance period of this contract is 12 months, with four one-year options to renew. The initial period includes any transition period authorized under the contract.

Work Details
The purpose of this contract is to obtain gardening services for real property owned or managed by the U.S. Government at the U.S. Consulate General Toronto office building and the U.S. Consul General Toronto’s residence. The Contractor shall perform complete gardening and landscape maintenance services, including maintenance of grass, shrubbery, garden areas, trees, and related landscape elements.

The Contractor shall also provide management and supervision, schedules, quality control, technical guidance, grounds maintenance plan, flowerbed care, lawn care (grass cutting, edging, aeration, trimming, weeding), pruning, leaf removal, recycled materials promotion, removal of debris, watering lawns and existing flowers, fertilizing and liming the soil, pest and disease control program maintenance, hazardous and toxic substances handling.

Period of Performance
The performance period of this contract is from the start date in the Notice to Proceed and continuing for 12 months with four one-year options to renew.

The U.S. Consulate General Toronto office building located at 360 University Ave., Toronto, ON, M5G 1S4; and the U.S. Consul General Toronto’s residence located at 152 Warren Road, Toronto, ON, M4V 2S5.
