Background
The Embassy of the United States in Jakarta, Indonesia, has a requirement for gardening services at the Mirasole Villa in Bogor. The contract aims to maintain the appearance and upkeep of the landscape elements associated with U.S. Government properties, which is crucial for the representational responsibilities of the U.S. mission.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform comprehensive gardening services including:

- Maintenance of grass, shrubbery, garden areas, trees, and related landscape elements;
- Planning and management to ensure compliance with contract standards;
- On-site supervision by a designated representative fluent in English;
- Maintaining work schedules that align with security protocols;
- Delivering standard services between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday;
- Conducting regular quality control inspections;
- Submitting an annual Grounds Maintenance Plan for approval within 30 days after contract award;
- Maintaining grass height between 4 and 6 centimeters;
- Edging sidewalks and driveways;
- Trimming grass around various structures;
- Continuous weeding of grounds and gardens using approved methods; and
- Ensuring no more than one customer complaint per month regarding service quality.

Period of Performance
The anticipated performance period is for one base year with four option years, starting from the date established in the Notice to Award.
