Background
The U.S. Embassy in Canberra, Australia, is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive gardening services for its properties. Work Details

Specific tasks include weekly grass cutting, edging sidewalks and driveways, trimming around structures, bi-weekly weeding, turf repair as needed, and submitting monthly maintenance reports detailing performed tasks and upcoming schedules.

The Contractor must provide a trained horticulturist for technical guidance and develop an annual Grounds Maintenance Plan tailored to local conditions.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on a date established in the Notice to Award following contract award and will last for 12 months with options for four one-year renewals and one six-month option.
