Description

Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The U.S. Consulate Adana, T rkiye will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. No paper copies will be mailed.

The contractor is required to provide Gardening and Landscaping Services for U.S. Consulate Adana. The anticipated performance period is for a base year only, with none one-year option or a base year, with one one-year option period, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The responsible source shall be located or have a T rkiye Branch Office located in T rkiye.

The prices shall include all labor, materials and equipment, insurance, overhead, and profit. The Government will pay the Contractor at the satisfactory completion of monthly services upon receipt of a proper invoice.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price type contract.

The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.

Background
The U.S. Consulate Adana, Türkiye is seeking to procure Gardening and Landscaping Services to maintain the grounds of the consulate. The mission of the consulate includes providing services to U.S. citizens and fostering diplomatic relations. Maintaining a well-kept environment is essential for its operations.

The solicitation will be launched when ready, and no paper copies will be mailed.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide comprehensive Gardening and Landscaping Services which include but are not limited to: maintaining lawns, planting flowers, trimming hedges, managing irrigation systems, and ensuring overall aesthetic upkeep of the consulate grounds. The contractor must include all labor, materials, equipment, insurance, overhead, and profit in their pricing.

Payment will be made upon satisfactory completion of monthly services based on proper invoicing. The contract type will be firm-fixed price.
