Background
The desired outcome of this project is to use the provided plans to repair the bridge per the plans and standards attached to this solicitation. Work includes: establishing sedimentation basin, water diversion structure, toe and wall protection repair, and placing riprap according to plans.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all expertise, labor, supervision, services, equipment, tools, supplies, permits (as applicable), coordination with utilities, transportation, and incidentals necessary to complete the work described. The work involves repairing Tripoli 2 Road Bridge by following plans designed by HEB Engineers. This includes establishing a sedimentation basin, water diversion structure, toe and wall protection repair, and placing riprap according to plans.
All removed discarded material is to be transported to a site on the Forest, and road closure and traffic control package following MUTCD guidelines to be submitted to FS. All work must follow the EPA, Clean Water Act and obtain permits if needed.
