(3) Subject. GAOA - Sierra Vista Scenic Byway Beasore Road Repairs
(4) Description. The USDA Forest Service Sierra National Forest has a requirement for roadside maintenance that includes but may not be limited to asphalt crack filling with double chip seal placement, restoration of drainage function and reconditioning of culverts along the road, pothole repairs and line paint refreshening.
(5) Place of Contract Performance. The project work is located on Beasore Road in the Sierra National Forest near Oakhurst, CA in Madera County. Interested offerors will find the coordinates within the solicitation and a vicinity map.

(6) Period of Performance. The anticipated contract time for this project is 69 calendar days after the notice to proceed effective date. Contract time accounts for delays in weather, lead times for supplies and materials, mobilization, and final site cleanup.

(11) Site Visit(s). The Government has elected not to offer a pre-bid meeting or formal site visit. As of this notice, all access areas are open. Therefore, contractors are highly encouraged to perform site visits at their leisure and submit questions following the guidance under item 20 herein.
(12) Pre-Proposal Meeting/Conference. The Government will not host a formal pre-proposal meeting. Offerors may submit questions from now through 8 September 2023. Reference item 20.
