Background

Work Details
The contract involves multiple construction tasks including:
- Base work: Installation of water and sewer improvements at the Rexford Bench Campground, which includes:
- Installing sewer lift stations
- Establishing a gravity system
- Laying sewer piping
- Installing and repairing water distribution lines
- Coordinating with local electric cooperatives for power service
- Clearing and grubbing
- Erosion control measures
- Earthwork and grading
- Repaving asphalt surfaces
- Directional drilling
- Addressing all miscellaneous needs associated with water and septic system installation.
- Option #1: Installation of an RV dump station, which includes:
- Grubbing and demolition
- Removal of gravity sewer and associated lines
- Installation of signage and electrical service
- Disturbance reclamation and lighting installation.
- Option #2: Water supply improvements including:
- Flowmeters installation
- Electrical service setup
- Water sampling station establishment
- Vault boring and related appurtenances.
