Background
The USDA Forest Service is issuing this solicitation for GAOA Certified Historic Masonry Work in the Custer-Gallatin National Forest. The goal of this contract is to perform foundation and masonry repairs that adhere to national standards for historic properties, specifically targeting two historic cabins: the Ibex Cabin and the Fourmile Cabin.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for performing masonry work that includes repairing damaged and failing foundations, foundation facades, and entrance stairs for the two historic cabins. The work must comply with all specifications and drawings provided in the solicitation documents.

The project requires adherence to Davis-Bacon wage determinations, ensuring that workers are compensated according to federal wage standards.
