The Solicitation has been amended to include clauses 252.225-7035 and 252.225-7036 for the Buy American Act applicability to supplies. Solicitation Amendment in the attachments.

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary for the replacement of various types of light fixtures with new energy efficient Light Emitting Diode (LED) fixtures including lamps at Lake Shelbyville Dam, as specified in the attached Solicitation Package.

BID SCHEDULE is included in the Solicitation Package, ITEM NOs 0001-0004.

SITE VISIT is scheduled, details in the Solicitation Package.

QUESTIONS are due to the government no later than 7 days prior to the response date of the solicitation to Whitney Dee via email, whitney.r.dee@usace.army.mil.
All questions received will be posted with Government answers to this FBO solicitation.
