GAAR HEATING SYSTEM REPLACEMENT BETTLES VISITOR CENTER
Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing this solicitation for the replacement of the heating system at the Bettles Visitor Center and Ranger Station, located in Gates of the Arctic National Park and Preserve, Alaska. The goal of this contract is to ensure efficient heating capabilities for the facilities, which are essential for visitor services and ranger operations in a remote area accessible primarily by air and seasonal ice roads.

Work Details
The contractor will perform the following tasks:

1. Replace the boiler and associated equipment for the Bettles Visitor Center and Ranger Station.

2. Replace the heat recovery ventilator and associated equipment for the system.

The work involves installation of plumbing, heating, and waste disposal equipment as specified in the attached Statement of Work.
