G4 - Camp Guernsey DFAC IDIQ   4

Background
This contract is issued by the government for a firm fixed price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract aimed at providing Full Food Service dining facilities at Camp Guernsey, Wyoming.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that adequate meal services are available for personnel stationed at the camp, thereby supporting the operational readiness and welfare of military personnel.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, supervision, and necessary items and services to deliver meals at Camp Guernsey, WY.

The specific tasks include:
1. Providing Breakfast Meals in accordance with the menu items listed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The total maximum order quantity for this line item is 20,000 meals with a minimum of 15 meals per order and a maximum of 8,000 meals per order.
2. Providing Lunch Meals similarly as per the PWS with identical order quantities and conditions.
3. Providing Dinner Meals under the same terms as above. Additionally, there are option line items for further meal services extending from September 28, 2026, to March 27, 2027, with similar quantity requirements.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this IDIQ contract spans from September 28, 2025, to September 27, 2026, with options extending from September 28, 2026, to March 27, 2027.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Camp Guernsey, Wyoming.
