Background
The United States Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) is seeking maintenance support for its Security System, which includes Closed-circuit Television (CCTV), Access Control, and alarms. This requirement is critical for the security posture of personnel and property at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) - Fort Sam Houston, where a large number of staff and visitors are present.

The objective is to ensure that all physical security measures are functional and operational with minimal downtime.

Work Details
The contractor will provide maintenance support for existing and future CCTV, access control systems, and intrusion alarms throughout the MEDCOM operational footprint. Tasks include installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of these systems to ensure they meet the physical security, force protection, and crime prevention objectives of MEDCOM.

The contractor must be certified and fully qualified to perform these services. The work will be conducted at JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base year with four option years to be awarded during FY 27.
