Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the VISN 23 Contracting Office, is issuing a solicitation for Emergency Residential Service Beds under the Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) program at the St. Cloud VA Health Care System. Work Details
The contractor will provide Emergency Residential Services through a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the St. Cloud MN Veterans Affairs Hospital System. The services include:
- Providing 1,825 emergency residential service beds annually across five contract periods from December 15, 2024, to December 14, 2029.
- Each ordering period will consist of the same quantity of beds, ensuring consistent support for homeless veterans.
- The total ceiling limitation for this IDIQ is set at $1,500,000.00 with a guaranteed minimum contract value of $20,000.00.
