Description

Title: Homeless Shelters with Medically Enhanced Services for the Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHCS) Description: Contractor shall provide emergency housing and supportive services for homeless Veterans who are also recovering from a medical illness or injury for the Orlando VA Healthcare System 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, FL 32827 for the six counties in corporate Orlando (Orange, Brevard, Volusia, Osceola, Seminole, and Lake) in accordance with the HCHV CERS model requirements. Place of Performance/Delivery: Orlando VA Healthcare System and designated counties throughout central Florida. Period of Performance/Delivery Date: Base Year: May 1, 2023 - April 30, 2024 Option Year 1: May 1, 2024 - April 30, 2025 Option Year 2: May 1, 2025 - April 30, 2026 Option Year 3: May 1, 2026 - April 30, 2027 Option Year 4: May 1, 2027 - April 30, 2028
