Background
The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration of Children and Families (ACF), Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) issued a sole source award under the authority of 6.302-2 for the operation of an Influx Care Facility (ICF) for unaccompanied children (UC) at Greensboro, North Carolina. The contract has already been awarded and this posting is in line with 6.305(c).

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide comprehensive supervision and care services for up to 1100 UC aged 13-17 at the influx shelter at Greensboro. This includes management, supervision, medical services, behavior management services, safety services, recreational/leisure services, as well as providing beds, clothing, educational supplies, recreational equipment, hygiene kits, and first aid medical supplies.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for Direct Care and Supervision at Greensboro contract will be 12 months.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at an ORR Influx Shelter Site in Greensboro, North Carolina.
