This posting provides the executed Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) for Direct Care and Supervision of Unaccompanied Children in support of the Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Office of Refugee Resettlement. Background
The Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center, Acquisition Services Directorate, Division 1 is issuing a justification for other than full and open competition on behalf of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR).

The goal is to provide direct care and supervision for unaccompanied children at the ORR Influx Care Facility in Carrizo Springs, Texas.
