Background
The Fort Yuma Health Center (FYHC), located in Yuma, Arizona, provides healthcare services to approximately 14,000 Native Americans from the Cocopah and Quechan Tribes, as well as other tribes across the U.S.

The center's mission is to deliver comprehensive healthcare services, including primary and specialty care. This solicitation seeks rental and laundering services for linen at FYHC to support its operations.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all non-personal services necessary for linen rental and laundry at FYHC. This includes:

1. Pickup of authorized soiled linen items on a weekly basis, recording the number of items picked up, and verifying with the FYHC Point of Contact.

2. Delivery of clean linen items, with documentation of the number delivered verified by the Point of Contact.

3. Re-performance of laundering for items deemed unsatisfactorily cleaned by Quality Assurance Personnel at no additional cost, ensuring re-cleaned items are labeled accordingly.

4. Maintenance of an adequate linen inventory to meet scheduled exchanges and provide for emergencies. The contractor must guarantee delivery between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM on scheduled days, excluding Federal Holidays.

Period of Performance
The initial period of performance is from March 1, 2025 through February 28, 2026, with four optional renewal periods each lasting 12 months.
