FY27_DRAFT_Solicitation_Purchase Agents for Air Force Credentialing Opportunities On-Line (AFCOOL)

Background
The Air Force is issuing a draft solicitation for the Purchase Agents requirement for the Air Force Credentialing Opportunities On-Line (AFCOOL) program. The AFCOOL program aims to support enlisted personnel in obtaining civilian and industry credentialing opportunities, thereby enhancing their personal and professional development and facilitating their transition to the civilian workforce.

The contract will be executed at Maxwell Air Force Base (AFB).

Work Details
The selected contractor will be responsible for purchasing all approved civilian and industry credentialing exams, course materials, exam preparation materials, and exam preparation courses/boot camps through various credentialing agencies and vendors on behalf of the AFCOOL Credentialing Program Office (CPO).

Payments for these services are strictly for approved enlisted personnel on active duty across the Regular Air Force (RegAF), United States Space Force, Air Force Reserve, and Air National Guard. The contractor must manage and provide qualified individuals to perform the work outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), specifically addressing tasks detailed in paragraphs 3.0, 5.0, 6.3, 8.0, and 10.0 of the PWS.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to span over a period of 12 months with options for additional periods as specified in the solicitation.

Place of Performance
Maxwell AFB, Alabama.

Bidder Requirements
This opportunity is set aside for small businesses (Small Business Set Aside - Total). Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in managing credentialing programs or similar services. Key personnel may need to possess specific qualifications or certifications related to credentialing processes.
