FY26 Trailers Sources Sought

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. It is issued for market research purposes to identify interested and capable sources and to determine the appropriate level of competition for the requirement. Information submitted is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for any costs incurred in responding.

The 9th Contracting Squadron at Beale AFB, CA is conducting market research to identify interested and capable sources for the following requirements. These requirement includes:

• Two (2) Stall Trailer Mounted Restroom system
• One (1) Gravity Tilt Trailer system
• One (1) Bottle fill trailer system

Delivery Locations: Beale AFB

RESPONSE INFORMATION

Interested vendors should email the following information:

1. Company Info:

Name, address, POC, phone, email, CAGE, UEI, business size/socio-economic status (e.g., Small Business, HUBZone, 8(a)).

2. Specifications:

Two (2) Stall Trailer Mounted Restroom system

• Overall Size: 9.3 ft (L) 6.7 ft (W) 8.6 ft (H)
• Towbar Length: 4 ft (1,200 mm)
• Axle & Brake System: Single axle with two tires, equipped with a mechanical braking system and hand brake
• Suspension: Heavy-duty frame with rust-resistant treatment
• Towbar: Equipped with a secure safety coupling for tractor towing
• Stabilizing Jacks: 4 (one on each corner, with extendable legs)
• Water System: High-flow heavy-duty water pump, sink, and integrated tanks
• Electrical System: LED lighting, cables, power outlets, switches, and circuit breaker panel
• Maximum Load Capacity: 2,000 kg(4500lbs.)
• Compatible with standard 2" truck mounted ball mount systems.

- One (1) Gravity Tilt Trailer system

• 7x25 (17+8), 20k Bumper Pull, Gravity tilt Trailer
• Tandem 9k lbs Direct Lube 8 lug (Electric brakes on both axles
• 1/8 Diamond Plate flooring
• 102 Wide with Drive over Fenders
• 17' tilt deck with stationary front platform
• 1 Spare Tire
• 17. ST235/75R17.5 18ply radial LRJ Tires
• Fully primed and painted with high grade acrylic enamel
• All flush mount or recessed lifetime LED stop / turn / clearance lighting
• Compatible with standard 2" truck mounted ball systems or 3" pintle ring

- One (1) Bottle fill trailer system

• Galvanized DOT approved Trailer
• 500 gallon NSF / FDA Compliant tank
• 100 Gallon rinsing flushing tank
• Stainless Steel dispensing faucets for water bottles
• 110V Water pump to pressurize delivery lines
• UV Disinfection system with reverse cleaning pump
• Storage Bin Mounted at tongue of trailer
• Chiller System
• Generator to power cooling water chiller.
• The tank and piping and pump is NSF / FDA Compliant.
• Compatible with standard 2" truck mounted ball systems or 3" pintle ring
