FY26 State Funeral & Inauguration Tents

Background
The Joint Task Force, National Capital Region, Military District of Washington (JTF-NCR/MDW) is seeking contractor support to provide tents for use as medical aid stations, holding areas, and troop warming/cooling stations during significant events such as Presidential State Funerals and Inaugurations across the National Capital Region (NCR).

The goal of this contract is to ensure rapid deployment and setup of these facilities to support critical operations.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to deliver, set up, maintain, and recover tents and associated equipment on a short-notice basis.

Key requirements include:
- Provision of free-standing tents equipped with opaque side walls, protective flooring, lighting, power generation (quiet generators), and heating/cooling systems.
- Ability to perform services on as little as 36 hours' notice, seven days a week, including nighttime hours if required.
- Compliance with security protocols requiring contractor personnel to pass background checks.
- Timely submission of invoices for services rendered within five business days post-completion.
- Adherence to performance standards ensuring no deviation from service requirements.

The current requirement’s focus on short-notice delivery, setup, maintenance, and recovery of medical aid and warming/cooling tents with heating/cooling and all-weather operation closely aligns with these prior funeral/event tent services.
