Requirement Title: FY26 OMAX 55100 Abrasive Jet Waterjet system

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR OMAX 55100 Abrasive Jet Waterjet system AT SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, ILLINOIS.

The United States Air Force at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois is seeking to identify interested offerors qualified to furnish and install OMAX 55100 Abrasive Jet Waterjet system in accordance with the included Statement of Work. The general scope of this project at Scott AFB is included in the attached Statement of Work (SOW ). Interested vendors should provide a capability statement and include relevant past performance to aid in the Government's ability to understand current market conditions. Please reference the included Statement of Work (SOW).

The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NACIS) code is 333517, Machine Tool Manufacturing, with a size standard of 500 Employees and PSC Code of 3419, Miscellaneous Machine Tools. The Government is contemplating a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

If a solicitation is issued it will be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to the Sources Sought or any follow up information requests. Respondents will not be notified for the results.

The information requested will be used within the Air Force to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside the agency.

Background
The United States Air Force at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois is seeking to identify interested offerors qualified to furnish and install an OMAX 55100 Abrasive Jet Waterjet system. This project aims to enhance the capabilities of the 932nd MXS Fabrication Flight by providing a state-of-the-art waterjet system.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide one (1) complete, new, and fully operational OMAX 55100 Abrasive Jet Waterjet system including:
- **Base System Requirements:**
- OMAX 55100 AbrasiveJet with a 126" x 65" table.
- EnduroMax 3060V Variable Frequency Drive, Direct Drive Pump (30 HP).
- Programmable Motorized Z-Axis with MAXJET 5i Nozzle.
- Rapid water level control for submerged cutting.
- 600lb Bulk Abrasive Delivery System.
- Low maintenance scissor-style hard plumbing.
- Unlimited seats of machine operation software and lifetime software upgrades.
- A 2-Year Limited Warranty on the system.

- **Required Optional Systems:**
- Terrain Follower/Collision Sensing Nozzle Height Control (Part #307557-12).
- Tilt-A-Jet Taper Control (Part #TAJ).
- Variable Speed Solids Removal System (VS-SRS), Single Hopper (Part #308451-17).
- Water Recycling System (WRS) with a chiller (Part #320225-05).

- **Included Materials and Services:**
- One pallet containing 2200 lbs of garnet abrasive.
- One IUID Tag plate compliant with MIL-STD-130x.
- Freight and delivery services to Scott AFB, IL.

- **Installation and Training Services:**
- On-site assembly by a factory-certified technician.
- Commissioning of the machine for operational capability validation.
