FY26 NASA OIG IMPACT Conference

Background
NASA’s Office of Inspector General (OIG) is planning an in-person training and professional development event for its staff, which has not occurred in over twenty years. This event aims to provide consistent training opportunities, facilitate direct engagement with leadership, and align the organization on mission priorities and workforce development initiatives. The event will take place in Savannah, Georgia, and requires adequate facilities to accommodate attendees from across the United States.

Work Details
The contract involves hosting an organization-wide training event from June 8th to June 12th, 2026. Key tasks include:
- Providing sufficient guest rooms for approximately 155 attendees for four nights at the Marriott Savannah Riverfront.
- Ensuring conference rooms can accommodate all attendees with adequate audio-visual services.
- Organizing training sessions on topics such as communication, procurement, ethics, FOIA, responsible use of artificial intelligence, and core OIG functions.
- Facilitating discussions for each OIG cost center regarding mission changes and operational impacts.
- Arranging for morning and afternoon snacks during the event from June 9th to June 11th.

Period of Performance
Hotel accommodations will be from June 8 to June 12, 2026; meeting space will be utilized from June 9 to June 11, 2026.
