Description

This Request for Information is for market research purposes only.

Please see the attached Description of Need document for details.

Background
This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for market research purposes by the agency responsible for managing the Microsoft Dynamics GP software used in financial operations. The goal of the contract is to ensure the continuity of day-to-day operations for various financial systems, including the Trust Funds Reporting System in Indianapolis and the Microsoft Great Plains Enterprise Financial System in Texarkana. The maintenance renewals are critical for supporting Non-Appropriated Fund Instrumentalities (NAFI) accounting and finance databases.

Work Details
The contract includes the following software maintenance renewals:

1. **Indianapolis**:
- **Microsoft Dynamics GP Annual Enhancement Plan**: One-year maintenance from 11/11/2025 to 11/10/2026.
- **eOne Smartlist Builder Software Maintenance**: One-year maintenance from 11/11/2025 to 11/10/2026. This add-on enhances query capabilities from data tables within GP.
- **Winthrop – GP Power Tools**: One-year maintenance from 11/30/2025 to 11/29/2026. This add-on provides customization capabilities to meet DIACAP and RMF findings.
- **Merit Solution - Microsoft Dynamics GP Risk Management Suite**: One-year maintenance from 11/11/2025 to 11/10/2026. This suite enhances user monitoring and auditing capabilities.

2. **Texarkana**:

- **Nolan Business Solutions - Electronic Payments Module Plus 90 Users**: One-year maintenance from 11/11/2025 to 11/10/2026, enabling electronic transfers for users located in Korea.
