Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is issuing this solicitation for the FY26 Maintenance Dredging under the South Atlantic Division (SAD) Regional Harbor Dredging Contract (RHDC). The goal of this contract is to maintain navigable waterways by performing dredging operations in designated harbor areas, ensuring safe and efficient maritime operations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for maintenance dredging activities in Wilmington, NC, Savannah, GA, and Charleston, SC. The scope includes the removal of sediment and debris from designated channels and harbors to maintain their depth and navigability. The magnitude of construction for this project is estimated between $25,000,000.00 and $100,000,000.00.

Specific tasks may include:
1. Dredging operations at Wilmington Harbor - Baldhead Shoal Reach 3.
2. Dredging at Savannah Harbor including various examination surveys.
3. Ocean Dredged Material Disposal Site (ODMDS) management.
4. Compliance with environmental regulations during dredging activities.

Period of Performance
The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed and complete the work within a specified timeframe as outlined in the contract documents.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed in Wilmington, North Carolina; Savannah, Georgia; and Charleston, South Carolina.
