FY26 MACC Shaw, AFB

Background
The 20th Contracting Squadron (20 CONS) at Shaw Air Force Base is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to gather industry information regarding a potential Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC).

The MACC is an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract intended for multiple contractors, allowing task orders for individual construction projects to be competed among them. This notice aims to facilitate decision-making within the Air Force and does not constitute a commitment to issue a solicitation or award a contract.

Work Details
The work under this MACC will encompass a wide range of construction tasks, including but not limited to:

- New construction of buildings and structures;
- Alteration and repair of existing buildings, structures, roads, grounds, and roofs;
- Specialty construction;
- Utilities work including JP-8 fuel systems;
- Miscellaneous services such as hazardous material waste removal (including asbestos and lead-based paint).

Additionally, the contract may involve design/build projects from concept to full 100% design. Contractors must have in-house design capabilities or ready access to such capabilities. Each individual task order will specify the detailed description of work required.
