FY26 LRAFB Washer and Dryer Lease   2

Background
Little Rock Air Force Base (LRAFB) is seeking a washer and dryer rental to support its operations. The goal of this contract is to provide leasing services for washing and drying machines, ensuring that the base has reliable access to laundry facilities for personnel.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following services:
1. Washing Machine Lease - 98 washer units for a period of 12 months, with options for additional periods.
2. Dryer Machine Lease - 102 dryer units for a period of 12 months, with options for additional periods.
3. Service Maintenance - Provide maintenance hours (406 hours) for all unscheduled work related to repairing or replacing machines not due to regular wear and tear, as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
4. Option periods include similar lease and maintenance services extending up to five years, with specific line items for each year and associated quantities.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over multiple periods starting from August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027, with options extending through July 31, 2031.

Place of Performance
Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet the following requirements:
- Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA).
- Must have relevant experience in providing washer and dryer leasing services.
- Must be able to provide necessary maintenance and repair services as outlined in the PWS.
